PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the City of Owen, Wisconsin that a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on the following date at the Owen City Hall relative to the following agenda:

1. Application for front yard set back variance to allow for construction of a Single Family Dwelling at 425 E. 5th Street by Cody Duranceau, Parcel #265.0110.000.
