PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the City of Owen, Wisconsin that a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on the following date at the Owen City Hall relative to the following agenda:
Thursday, JULY 9, 2009 at 5:00 pm

1. Application for rear yard set back variance to allow for construction of a Single Family Dwelling on Lot #4 of Country Side Estates by RCD Holdings, Parcel #265.0301.006.
