PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the City of Owen, Wisconsin that a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on the following date at the Owen City Hall relative to the following agenda:
Wednesday, JUNE 17, 2009 at 5:00 pm
AGENDA
1. Application for side yard set back variance and height variance to allow for construction of a two-story, two car garage @ 612 W. 3rd Street by Ken Frankewicz, Parcel #265.0391.001.
2. Consideration of a business sign @ 506 E. 4th Street by Judy Willacker, Parcel #265.0101.000.
