PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the City of Owen, Wisconsin that a public hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on the following date at the Owen City Hall relative to the following agenda:
Thursday, OCTOBER 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm
AGENDA
1. Application for a 5’ side yard variance to allow for construction of an entry way to the basement at 525 W. North Street by Bruce Kimpel, Parcel #265.0628.000.
2. Application for a height variance for construction of a garage at 601 S. Altenburg Avenue, Parcel #265.0633.001.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
