Owen Junior Fair Committee
Meeting Minutes
July 1, 2010
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Phil Greschner at 5:30pm. Members in attendance were Cindy Cardinal, Phil Greschner, Samantha Johnson, Mary Oelke, Theresa Schindler, Bernie Shelton and Virginia Zaidel. Others in attendance: Bob Zaidel.
The committee put soda and the cooler and did some fair set-up.
There was no secretary’s report or treasurer’s report given.
2010 Fair Planning:
We will be ordering the burgers through Cozy Corner. Cindy will ask public works to move the ticket booth. The crowns are ordered, hopefully will be here in time. Samantha, Phil, Bernie, Theresa, and Cindy will be available at 1 pm on Friday for set-up.
Central WI Truckers Picnic:
We will need to open the beerstand around 5 or 6 pm on Friday, probably around 11 am on Saturday. Phil, Bernie, Samantha, and Cindy will be there to help. Other fair committee members will come as available.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 pm.
