The City of Ordinance Committee met on Monday, June 28, 2010, at 1:03 pm. Members present: Cindy Cardinal, Mel Lorence, and Randy Poirier.

The Committee reviewed the draft ordinances for:
Title 6 Chapter 3 Driveways
Title 6 Chapter 4 Trees and Shrubs
Title 9 Chapter 1 Water Utility Regulations and Rates
Title 9 Chapter 3 Miscellaneous Utilities Regulations
Section 11-3-9 Regulation of Smoking
Policy for Review of Alcohol Beverage Operator License Applications
Suggestions will be sent to Attorney Harvey for incorporation into the recodified ordinances. The Regulation of Smoking Ordinance and Operator License Policy will be forwarded to the City Council for approval

The next meeting will be July 14.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:16 pm.
