The City of Ordinance Committee met on Monday, May 17, 2010, at 1:15pm. Members present: Cindy Cardinal, Mel Lorence, and Randy Poirier.

The Committee reviewed the draft ordinances for:
Title 3 Chapter 1 Finance
Chapter 2 Special Assessments
Chapter 3 Public Records
Chapter 4 Disposal of Lost, Abandoned, and Surplus Property
Title 4 Chapter 1 Administrative Determinations Review
Title 6 Chapter 1 Grades
Chapter 2 Streets and Sidewalks
Suggestions will be sent to Attorney Harvey for incorporation into the recodified ordinances.

The next meeting will be early June.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:50 pm.
