Countryside Estates

Countryside Estates is a subdivision located on the east side of the City along County Highway D. The area is being developed in phases with Phase I being the area closest to the highway. City water and sewer is currently available to some of the lots and will be expanded as needed along with adding roads to access new parcels as they are built on. The area does have building covenants included as part of the lot purchase. If you are interested in building on one of these lots, please contact City Hall.
