AGENDA: Call to Order
Roll Call
Convene into Closed Session
Under WI S. S. 19.85 (1) (c) Salary - Consideration of
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation
data of any public employee over which the governmental body
has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and;
Under WI S. S. 19.85 (1) (e) Joint Police Agreement with Withee - Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
The Common Council of the City of Owen and the Village Board of the Village of Withee may, during the Closed Session under Sec. 19.85 (1)(e), Wis. Stats., caucus separately from one another for the purpose of developing bargaining strategy in relationship to the proposed mutual agreement.
