After many years of neglect two buildings were condemned and demolished recently. Both structures were a danger to the neighbors and in need of removal. Steen Construction was able to assist the City of Owen in making these properties safer. The property pictured was originally a Doctor's office and later a laundrymat and residences. The other property was a private home on 2nd Street near Crowley Park. Both properties will be assessed the cost to clean them up.
