The Owen City Hall Office will be closed Wednesday, August 20th through Thursday, August 21st for training.  You will have to access the Owen City Hall and OW Police Department through Mueller Automotive parking lot Tuesday, August 19th through Tuesday, August 26th due to parking lot maintenance.  SORRY for any inconvenience this may cause!
